Level II

It is time to send in your registration forms and check for the winter season and the check for the summer program by no later than Monday, June 9th.  If you fail to do so, you can no longer participate in the summer program.  Our winter program is filling up quickly and we can no longer extent the courtesy to reserve a spot on the team for the winter program for you beyond this time.  Please see your coaches for any additional information.

Level II is intended for Advanced Age Group and Terrific FISH, who may have already "B" times (qualifying times for the Long Course Age Group Championships), and could benefit from long-course experience, training, and competition.

Our goal will be to continue working on your strokes, and to continue to increase your level of conditioning.

Your practices will be held at Spring Hill RECenter, Wakefield RECenter and in the REston area, four or five times per week.

Depending on parental volunteers, special activities may be planned for this group.

What are our expectations?
  1. We expect you to attend at least three practices on a weekly basis,
  2. We expect you to challenge yourself to swim your very best at those practices, with good strokes, good effort, and good attitudes.
  3. We expect you to attend at least one meet, and Age Group Championships, if you qualify.
Practice Schedule: You will have, on average, two long course morning practices and two short course evening practices per week.  You should also be taking advantage of our early morning long course practices, at Wakefield Rec Center.
