2011 - 2012 FISH NVSL Extension Program
Beginning September 24th, we are offering an NVSL Extention Program for NVSL swimmers who would like to stay in the water over the winter. This is not a lessons program. Attending swimmers need to be able to swim.
Who: Swimmers ages 7-18 who have competed in meets during the regular NVSL season.
What: 31 one-hour practices with instructions on all four competitive strokes and turns, endurance and racing strategy.
When: Starting Saturday, September 24th 2011 through Saturday May 19th from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
Where: Audrey Moore RECenter at Wakefield Park, 8100 Braddock Rd., Annandale, VA 22033.
Download the registration form and send it in along with your payment as soon as possible. The program will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
