Dear Fish Families,
Sign up sheets are on the bulletin board at Spring Hill Recreation Center poolside. If you cannot stop in to sign up, please email Cara Meilus and she will add your name to the volunteer list - remember, we are asking that you work the same number of sessions that you have children swimming (i.e., your child is swimming in three sessions, so you should sign up to work three sessions minimum). There are five sessions for this meet: Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning, and Sunday afternoon.
A copy of needed food items is available on the web site. You can look there and email Cara with what you will bring. Unless otherwise noted, items should be dropped off Friday night or before 7:00 AM Saturday morning. If you can't drop off during one of these times, let Cara know and other arrangements will be made.
Additionally, we will need about 14 large coolers to borrow for the weekend. Cub Run does not have a refrigeration system available. If you have a cooler, please let Cara know. Coolers should be dropped off (clearly labeled with your name) Friday night or Saturday before 7:00 AM, and picked up at the end of the meet on Sunday afternoon. Again, if you can't make these drop off times, let Cara know and other arrangements will be made.
We really appreciate all your support. The goal is to host one of the best meets in the Potomac Valley, and that should be easy with the support of great Fish families!
Have a question? Call or email Cara: 703-793-9425.
Thanks!
