As every year, the Derby presents the highlight of all the meets we are hosting throughout the season and this year's Derby was again a huge success. A lot of planning went into this meet and swimmers, parents and all the visiting teams were having a great time. Many best times were swum and the swimmers were grateful for the entertainment, the caps, the ribbons, the t-shirts and the nutritious food to refuel their energy. Officials and Coaches were praising the delicious food that Kim Via provided in Hospitality.
Needless to say, a big THANK YOU goes to all of you; the planners, the parent volunteers, the parents who donated food items for our swimmers, the Hospitality Queen, the Concessions Queen, the T-shirt Queen, the Ribbon Queen, the Coffee Queen, the coaches who coached, the Meet Director who ran a great meet and who kept the timeline shorter than last year, and all the officials! It truly was a tremendous team effort and I can't thank you enough.
