To All Swimmers AAG and Up --
This Wednesday the FISH will be hosting a workshop presented by a representative from USASwiming. This is a rare opportunity for us to learn from someone who works daily with the US National and Olympic teams, and the second time this year we have been able to secure her time. She will be speaking to the swimmers on goal setting, nutrition, practice habits and many other topics crucial to your children's success.
There will be two sessions available for the swimmers to attend, at 4pm and at 5pm. Terrific Fish will be attending the second session during their practice time from 5 to 6. All Advanced Age Groupers who can come in on Wednesday are encouraged to attend either session.
This is a tremendous chance for our kids to learn from someone who teaches the elite athletes of America, so please make every effort to be there.
